摘要

For the determination of pesticide residues in fruit and vegetables various analytical methods are available. Besides the reference procedures EN 12393/DFGS19 for the gas chromatographic analysis of pesticides, the fast and cheap QuEChERS-technique is one of the most popular extraction procedures for the analysis of residues by GC-MS and LC-MS [1]. Anyhow solvent free extraction techniques display also an essential role in sample clean-up. After introduction of the solid-phase mic-roextraction (SPME) by J. Pawliszyn in the early nineties, stir bar sorptive extraction (SBSE) in combination with thermode-sorption and automated retention-time-locking GC-MS (RTL-GC-MS) became an interesting alternative for residue screening in fruit and vegetables.
