DSM and Sugar Creek Foods & Honey Hill Farms, a US dairy and frozen dessert producer, have teamed up to release frozen yoghurts containing five cultures, including three probiotic strains within DSM's DELVO PRO LAFTI product range. These probiotic strains were selected for their benefits to the digestive and immune systems.The customised blend made for Sugar Creek, is formulated with highly concentrated natural yoghurt cultures, fulfilling the certification of "Live and Active" both at the time of manufacturing as well as during the consumption of the finished product.
