摘要

This special issue is a compilation of selected full manuscripts which were presented during the International-Mexican Congress on Chemical Reaction Engineering (IMCCRE 2012). The congress was held in the City and Beach of Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo, Mexico during June 2012. A total of 39 papers were accepted for publication, which are organized in the following main topics: chemical and materials, catalysis, kinetics, reactor performance, modeling and simulation, catalytic hydroprocessing, and heavy oils.
