摘要

We have identified an error in the code used to implement the proposed methodology. Particularly, results of the likelihood ratio tests reported in Table 5 were incorrect. For comparison of model 2 against model 1 we used thresholds estimated by the usual 95% quantiles instead of the 95% regression quantiles in case of model 1. Table 5 is reprinted below with corrected results. Model 2 is supported in a smaller percentage of gridpoints than reported originally, so it should be chosen only in gridpoints in which it is supported.
