Please describe your professional background and experience in international trade law and the role you play in assisting FMC with international trade matters?rnI began my career in Washington, DC as an antitrust and trade lawyer, with heavy involvement in multiple antidumping and countervailing duty cases. During my tenure in Washington, as part of my trade practice, I authored the treatise Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Laws, which is still in print. When I joined FMC Corporation over twenty years ago my responsibilities encompassed not only import relief cases but also customs and export control as well as international commercial and investment work. While my role has expanded through the years, I continue to have senior responsibility for trade law issues and chair the company's Corporate Import Compliance Committee.
