India holds immense opportunities for companies in the water and sewage recycling business as municipalities and companies commit hundreds of millions of dollars into building water and sewage treatment plants and associated infrastructure. And in spite of the doubts expressed by large international water companies regarding the lack of a sound regulatory regime and the country's ability or willingness to pay for its water services, it is a market worth investigating.
