Twas that month before '06, with so much to do. Me? I plan to grow sales. But what about you? I've talked with my customers; met with my staff. Some gave good ideas. Some made me laugh. December moves slowly as the holidays near. Phones stop their ringing, which causes great fear. I ask, "What do I do with all this free time? Does no one love me? Is it end of the line?" But rather than worry, a useless emotion. I spend time a-planning, a valuable devotion. I start with my clients, contact some, but not all Desiring their feedback, I give them a call. We talk to learn how things turned out in '05. I learn if my work helped their business to thrive. Where are they headed? What are their needs? These answers I must know if I'm to succeed!
