A veterans group yesterday sent an open letter criticizing senators who voted in March for arnnonbinding amendment that would facilitate the sale or transfer of federal lands.rnThe letter, which addresses an amendment by Energy and Natural Resources ChairwomanrnLisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) to the Senate's fiscal 2016 budget blueprint, was spearheaded byrnthe nonprofit Vet Voice Foundation and was signed by more than 4,500 veterans nationwide,rnthe group said.
