Results of development of MEMS sensors for control systems of Tu-204,11-96, Tu-334, Yak-130 aircraft performed at the Moscow Institute of Electromechanics and Automatics are presented. Design features and obtained technical parameters of the developed devices are considered. Prospects for their application in a wide range of aircraft are shown.
