Attention is drawn to a newly suggested modification to the matter/antimatter theory advanced by Omnes in 1969. The new suggestion is dependent on the existence of supermassive black holes and is an attempt to invalidate the major objections to that earlier version of the theory. Here it is noted that many of the results derived apply equally well if the massive body involved is a Michell dark body. Mention is also made of the alternative theory advanced in 2006 by Santilli."Editor's Comment.The following article is seen immediately to be an answer to criticisms of the author's earlier by J. J. Sharpies. It may also be noted that the said criticism did not appear in the Hadronic Journal but in Progress in Physics. The rebuttal appears here in the interest of openness and fairness in science and does not imply either support or otherwise of either point of view.
