The 25th IKA/Culinary Olympics will take place February 14-19, 2020, at the Intergastra trade fair at Messe Stuttgart in Stuttgart, Germany. The four-day competition allows visitors to sample dishes from around the world. Organizers estimate that about 2,000 chefs and pastry chefs from more than 60 countries will compete. "Intergastra, with its structured hall layout and extraordinary scope of exhibitors from the hotel and gastronomy business, preset the entire world of hospitality. The IKA/Culinary Olympics benefits from such a platform, and we benefit from its international character," says Ulrich Kromer von Baerle, president, Messe Stuttgart.
