Employers that have any workers covered by the FLSA must display a poster publicizing the statutory benefits, including the overtime pay standards (29 CFR 516.04). Posting is required in a sufficient number of conspicuous places to permit the employees to see the poster as they go to and from their workplaces. These posters are available at the various offices of the Wage and Hour Division of the U.S. Department of Labor. The poster is reproduced at 1207.
