After a rollercoaster ride that saw a district court enjoin substantial parts of three of President Trump’s executive orders significantly restricting federal employee rights, and an appeals court decision vacating the district court’s order, finding that union challenges to the EOs must instead go through the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute (FSLMRS), the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is now implementing the controversial EOs. The American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) says it’s not quite that simple, though.
