Maley named president, CEO of Hydro Green Energy Hydro Green Energy LLC appointed Michael P. Maley, P.E., as president and chief executive officer. In addition, Wayne F. Krouse, founder of the company, has been named executive vice president of technology and chairman of the board. Before joining HGE, Maley was president and CEO of solar energy company Perpetual Energy Systems. He also served as president and CEO of Alliant Energy Generation. Over 25 years, he has developed more than 10,000 MW of electric power facilities, HGE says.
