In the for-what-it's-worth category following up to "Look Out for Balloons" (May 2009 IFR), I encoun tered a weather balloon on top of an overcast near the Solberg VOR (SBJ).rnThe undercast was at about 2000 feet and I was at about 3000, working with New York Approach when I saw a weather balloon come up through the clouds just to my left and pass by quickly.
