It's four o'clock and you have a meeting scheduled tomorrow afternoon someplace with no nearby commercial air service, returning the day after. By light plane, it'll be an easy three hours. By car it'll be a long and miserable drive. The long-range area forecast is a useless OTLK ... IFR. The TAF is no help as the last report only gets you through noon tomorrow. How much would you give for a two-day terminal-specific forecast of ceiling, visibility, and winds, together with chance of rain, thunderstorms and ice in three-hour increments? Don't give anything. It's free.
