One year on from the last time TFR spoke to Marc Rocchi, CEO of OMMIC in Paris, much has happened for this dynamic company. The company has continued to find success in a marketplace that has changed a lot in only a year. It has come to grips with larger wafers - it can handle up to 6-inch now, plus sales of its TIA chips have got even better. OMMIC is also eager to see what GaN might bring for 3G.
