The purpose of the membership Training Skills Needs and Resource audit was to determine what current skills, resources and industry links were available that can be called upon to support the delivery of BKSTS education and training. The ultimate aim being to demonstrate the benefit of BKSTS membership, which provides and/or sponsors industry relevant training opportunities. In the event, members provided a firm confirmation of the value attached to industry training and the importance of BKSTS being a part of that training provision.
