In this 4th issue of the 31st Volume of Imagination, Cognition arid Personality, we present five articles: three focusing on applications of visual thinking, and two exploring the implications of autobiographical narrative. The lead article by Amanda Stead, Meghan Savage, and Hugh Buckingham demonstrates the importance of visual meaning and the usefulness of pictograms in assessing the semantic processing abilities of stroke victims with different forms of aphasia. In the second article focusing on visual cognition, Ulas Kaplan and Gerald Epstein demonstrate that visual imagery practice can have positive effects on heart rhythm coherence. In the third article, Elisa Krackow compares the effects of verbal rehearsal and visual rehearsal on the accuracy of memory for a crime video.
