摘要

Seebeck coefficient (S) and electrical resistivity (ρ) of stoichiometric Bi_2TeSe_2 and Bi_2Te_2Se compositions were studied as functions of the ambient temperature and time of the isothermal annealing at 350℃. It was found that, although the materials exhibit n-type behaviour, both holes and electrons can participate in the transport process. At a certain temperature depending on the annealing conditions and/or the composition, transition from n to p-type seemed possible. Besides, metal-tike behaviour of the resistivity could be observed for both compounds. The change in (S) and (ρ) with annealing time was ascribed to the change in the internal microstructure due to annealing.
