A training program for all 6,000 employees of Center Pares has taught them to make memorable moments for holiday guests. The organization is the largest provider of short-break holidays in the UK. It operates four holiday villages: Sherwood Forest in Nottinghamshire; Elveden Forest in Suffolk; Longleat Forest in Wiltshire; and Whinfell Forest in Cumbria. They attract more than 1.6 million guests each year. The villages have an average annual occupancy of 95 percent with 60 percent repeat business, generating £277 million in revenue in 2009.
