Online Information is always a prime venue for information companies to introduce new and revamped products, and this year was no exception. Oxford University Press (OUP) demonstrated its new version of the Oxford English Dictionary Online website. While it retains 600,000 words and 3 million quotations, complete with the history of the words, it also adds a timeline and visualization elements. More filters are now available, allowing for more creative searches. On the new product front, OUP introduced the Berg Fashion Library, an online database based on Berg's 10-volume Encyclopedia of World Dress and Fashion, with search capabilities that include limiting by object type, designer or manufacturer, object data, and place.
