With all the rain we've had in the early part of the spring (not that I'm complaining, because it sure beats snow), New Jersey really should live up to its Garden State nickname this summer. OK, I am not a gardener. My mom loved to garden, a trait she passed down-along with her cooking talents-to my sister. While holding out for a chef who likes to garden in his spare time, I've been forced to learn how to cook. Thanks to the George Foreman Grill (and my sister, who frequently invites me to dinner), I'm not exactly starving, but be sure to keep me informed about any eligible culinary experts you may know. In the meantime, here are three articles from Computers in Libraries, ONLINE, and Searcher that should provide some excellent-and nonfattening-food for thought.
