Modulul de producţie semiautomat pentru asamblarea pistonului amortizorului de închidere este structurat ca un utilaj modulat cu sistem de transfer rotativ între posturile de lucru. Soluţia de transfer interoperaţional constă dintr-un sistem de transfer cu masă rotativă indexata, acţionat de un mecanism cruce de Malta şi antrenat de un motoreductor. Folosirea mesei rotative indexate realizează transferul din post In post şi indexarea In postul de lucru a dispozitivelor purtătoare, precum şi acţionarea la nevoie a capetelor de lucru.%The semiautomatic module for assembly the closing dashpot piston to close the doors is structured as a modulated unit with a rotary transfer system between the working posts, the solution being a system with a rotary table. The rotary plate table is moved by a Malta cross mechanism which is actioned by a gear box and an electrical engine. The transfer of the piston is realised in each location and also it is realised the index of the carrying devices and the action of the working elements.
