摘要

We have studied temperature- and electric-field-induced phase transitions in ceramic samples of Pb_(1-x)La_x [Zr_(0.7)Sn_(0.2)Ti_(0.1)]_(1-x/4)O_3 (0 < x ≤0.03)solid solutions. The results indicate that La~(3+) doping to x > 0.005 impedes long-range dipole-dipole interactions and stabilizes nonpolar phases below the Curie temperature. At a constant La~(3+) concentration, lowering the temperature facilitates a field-induced transition to a ferroelectric state. In thermally depoled samples, the first antiferroelectric → ferroelectric switching usually requires a higher bias voltage than do subsequent switchings.
