MCGRAW LEADS RESEARCH and development efforts in a range of PNT areas at the Advanced Technology Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. These include high-assurance GNSS receiver signal and navigation processing, precision relative navigation and targeting, GNSS anti-jamming and anti-spoofing, and most recently, GNSS-denied positioning and timing using tactical data links and very low-frequency communication systems. Few might have suspected that a man whose career has encompassed these and many other advanced technologies, global in their scope, is still a hometown boy at heart.
