摘要

The aim of this article is to identify nonfinancial factors of business performance, ie factors that could potentially have a positive impact on performance in the long-term, analyze these factors and their relationships and, based on this analysis, create a complex model of business performance. First, we identify internal factors affecting the performance of companies in the so-called new economy. Next we verify the influence of these potential factors on business performance in terms of both market and financial performance in the manufacturing companies in the Czech Republic.
