Traffic on United Airlines rose by 2.1 per cent last month compared with a year earlier on a similar expansion in the number of available seats.rnUAL Corp., the airline's parent company, said, traffic in North America fell 4.2 percent, while all other regions improved. Traffic in Latin America jumped by the greatest amount, rising 13.5 per cent in July from a year ago. Mainline traffic, which excludes regional carriers, rose just 0.1 per cent. Regional traffic jumped 16.7 per cent.
