A consortium of Peruvian public and private institutions Aug. 18 signed an agreement with the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) to design an electronic-waste management system.rnSDC will provide $375,000 for the program, which will focus on awareness, legislation, waste management, and implementation. The agreement will run for 30 months. The Swiss agency also signed a similar bilateral agreement with Colombia.
