International Media Group, Inc., the parent company of International Fiber Journal has joined forces with Novi, Michigan based Eagle Publications, Inc., parent company of Filtration News and American Tool, Die & Stamping News. After almost 40 years of ownership, the publishers of Eagle Publications, Inc., Arthur and Carol Brown felt it was time to introduce new energy and creativity into the publications. Operating worldwide, this merger will give both publications new opportunities and additional services. Details and terms of the merger were not disclosed.
