Fast-growing Chinese e-commerce platform PINDUODUO saw its ADS shed 13% when it raised US$1.375bn just six months after its US$1.6bn Nasdaq IPO. The follow-on sale of 40.2m primary and 14.8m secondary ADS priced at US$25.00, a 17.6% file-to-offer discount.
