According to the factors of petroleum chemical industry park, as the research object, the paper builds the petroleum chemical industry park system of ecological construction with 15 secondary indicators and evaluate by DEA. It is concluded that the utilization of resource input-output, enterprise concepts and management level have larger influence on the development of petroleum chemical industry park and that the overall level of Petroleum chemical industry park ecological construction is increasing year by year.
