摘要

The article presents a geometric model of a four axial manipulator intended for acoustic measurements in an anechoic chamber. The geometric model allows the development of a three dimensional computer model, a design of the construction of this device. The article presents the strultural solution for the device with the emphasis on the structure of the joint that allows the movement of the effector end with a fixed microphone. The developed geometric model allows the programming and automated positioning of the microphone related to the tested object at a given point of the measurement sphere. The possibility of positioning the microphone according to the straight or reverse model is presented. The technical and functional parameters of the solution described are adequate to specific conditions of operation in the anechoic chamber and high requirements stated for acoustic tests. The structure of the manipulator ensures a minimum influence of the measurement environment on the acoustic parameters.
