摘要

The journal international des sciences de la vigne et du vin publishes in English original research reports, short research notes and review papers in the fields of viticulture, grapevine physiology and genetics, oenological sciences, winemaking technology, microbiology, sensory sciences, winechemistry. Articles are assessed by specialised reviewers, selected by the chief editors.rnThe authors commit that manuscripts subjected for publication are not presented simultaneously to another scientific journal.rnManuscripts must be sent by e-mail redaction@jisw.com to the secretarial staff: Marylene Perreaud.rnResearch notes should not contain more than I 500 words, two illustrations (figure and/or table) and 5 bibliographical references ; the summary should not exceed ISO words.The notes will be subject to an accelerated evaluation procedure.rnThe responsibility to provide a paper written in a reasonable standard of English lies with the author. Editors and reviewers are not responsible for making language corrections.
