The Assam Power Generation Corporation (APGCL) invites bids by 23 September for the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of the civil and hydromechanical works and project roads for the 120 MW Lower Kopili hydro-power project in the northeastern state of Assam. The contract is to be financed by the Asian Development Bank under the Assam Power Sector Investment Programme.
