摘要

St. Vincent, including the nine small Grenadine islands, has an area of 380 km~2 and a population of 103 537 (2012 estimate). The annual precipitation varies from 2000 to 6000 mm/year, with total mean runoff of 2000 to 5000 mm/year. The Central Water & Sewerage Authority (CWSA) is in charge of water resources. The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry is responsible for irrigation. Per capita domestic water consumption is 146 litres/day in urban areas, and 127 litres/day in rural areas. There are no large dams. Energy and power sectors The Government has an Energy Unit responsible for the energy and power sectors.
