摘要

This study is devoted to investigations of effects of nanoparticles with various structures and morphologies on mechanical properties of carbon fiber-reinforced plastics based on epoxy-powder compositions. The electrostatic spraying of the epoxy composition on the carbon fabric, followed by its calendering and pressing, allowed one to produce nanomodified carbon fiber-reinforced plastics and determe their mechanical properties: interlayer destruction viscosity, bending strength, dynamic modulus of elasticity in shear, and dynamic modulus of elasticity in bending. It is demonstrated that the structure and morphology of nanoparticles introduced into the polymer matrix substantially affect these characteristics of the carbon fiber-reinforced plastics.
