Estonia's economy minister, Mr Juhan Parts, says Estonia will support the project to build a high-speed line from Talinn via Parnu and Riga, Latvia, to Kaunas, Lithuania, and eventually to Poland, and that he hopes his Latvian and Lithuanian colleagues, as well as officials in Brussels, will also back the plan.
