A survey carried out by ITB confirms two basic facts. Firstly, the ITMA continues to occupy a central and fundamental role in the textile industry and secondly, the visitors travelling to the fair want to see machines. Sultex is well aware of the significance of the exhibition and has made a clear commitment to its participation in 2003. However, after Birmingham, the company intends to reassess the situation and possibly make alterations to its trade fair concept. Therefore, in Birmingham Sultex will be providing an insight into its entire product portfolio, which offers a variety of new features and a comprehensive service range. It was interesting to learn about the level of interest among customers for the open house concept. Sultex is to examine the possibilities for the increased use of this instrument at regional level.
