Israel's Ministry of Defense (MoD) has revealed the value of the country's defence exports for 2015. In a statement on the MoD's Twitter feed on 6 April, the head of the international defence cooperation department (SIBAT), Michel Ben-Baruch, said that the country's defence companies signed export deals valued at USD5.7 billion for2015. The figure is relatively flat when compared with 2014's USD5.6 billion. However, both figures represent a continuing decline in Israeli exports that has been ongoing since a record high of USD7.5 billion was reported in 2012.
