Rogozin has also called for measures to facilitate a public-private partnership for innovative defence projects, including a robot weapons development lab. "I have given instructions to develop, within a fortnight, instruments for a state-private partnership, so businessmen risking their money, investing in development of future equipment for our defence and security, will have a certain state guarantee," Rogozin said during a visit to the Degtyarev defence plant in Vladimir Region on 4 June.
