Israeli unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) maker Innocon is seeking to raise capital to expand its operations though a 'reverse merger' with private equity investment firm Financial Force, the company's CEO, Michael Armon, told IHS Jane's on 25 September. The deal will allow privately held Innocon to list on Israel's TASE stock exchange without undertaking the potentially lengthy process of going public itself.
