What does it mean to lead ethics in a global environment? 'Lead' is a big word. It goes beyond keeping your company clean and in line with the law. It means doing your part to make good ethics more prevalent in what is now a small, intimately connected world. It also means making an effort to change the climate of opinion and having the vision and the strength to put ethics at the forefront of your sales, marketing and business development efforts.
