The US and South Korea have postponed their joint military exercise in the Yellow Sea (West Sea) for the second time in less than a month, amid fears it would further antagonise China.rnWashington and Seoul announced on 6 July that they would delay the joint navy drill, which was scheduled to start on 28 June, until the UN Security Council took action over the 26 March sinking of South Korean corvette Chon An, which Seoul believes was the result of a torpedo attack by a North Korean vessel.
