Alenia Aeronautica has pulled out of talks to acquire Romania's state-owned aerospace venture Avioane Craiova.rnA spokesman for AVAS - which has been conducting takeover negotiations with Italy's Alenia Aeronautica - told Jane's on 31 July that the two parties "did not reach agreement" because Alenia Aeronautica was unwilling to accept Avioane Craiova's EUR 18 million (USD25 million) debts.rnAlenia Aeronautica declined to comment on the status of its talks regarding Avioane Craiova.
