UK group Ultra Electronics has acquired its fourth company since the start of the year: a deal that reflects the general trend towards consolidation within the United States cyber-security sectors.rnUltra told investors on 19 October that it had purchased Scytale Inc of Maryland. Scytale "is a provider of communication security [Com-Sec] software and services and has a leading-edge ComSec management software solution", Ultra said.rn"Scytale's products are principally sold to government customers worldwide in the defence and cyber-security markets," the statement added.
