Nigerian defence company Proforce has signed a contract for the sale of 20 of its new Ara 2 mine-resistant ambush-protected (MRAP) vehicles. The company did not wish to disclose the name of the customer, only acknowledging that the order was placed by an African country. However, a source with knowledge of the deal told Jane's that the client is Chad.
