The Export Finance and Insurance Corporation (Efic) - the Australian government's export credit agency - is increasing efforts to support international sales of Australian defence equipment, a paper published by the country's audit office has said. The Australian National Audit Office (ANAO) said in a report published on 6 June that Efic is undertaking a campaign to raise awareness of the financial support services available to defence exporters and is also seeking to support defence export opportunities through discussions with governments and stakeholders.
