The Russian Ministry of Defence (MoD) has signed a contract with the Amur Shipyard (ASZ), a subsidiary of the United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC), for Project 20380 and 20385 corvettes, the ministry's press department announced on 15 December 2020. The MoD said that the Pacific Fleet would receive two Project 20380 and four Project 20385 corvettes in 2024-28. ASZ is building a series of four Project 20380 corvettes, two of which - Soversheniy and Gromkiy - have already been delivered to the Pacific Fleet, while one, Hero of the Russian Federation Aldar Tsydenzhapov, is going through trials and another, Rezkiy, is set to be delivered this year.
