The Russian Navy's Main Command has rejected the construction of further Project 20385 (Steregushchiy-dass) corvettes following a meeting between the Russian Ministry of Defence and the United Shipbuilding Corporation, according to local media reports. The first three warships -Gremyashchy, Provorny and Gromk - were slated to be built at the Severnaya Verf shipyard in St Petersburg and the Amur ShiDvard in Komsomolsk.
